Stinging Nettle
This herb, a native of Europe and North America, increases blood’s ability to absorb iron in blood. It works as an excellent hemetic by effectively utilizing the digested proteins. Proteins carry oxygen to cells helping to overcome the iron deficiency.

Dandelion and Burdock Root
