I lost 10 pounds in only 3 days


The 3 Day Military  Plan diet requires for you to stick to stick to a strict meal plan for 3 days and then eat normal the next 4 days. Repeat as necessary.

You must strictly stick to the diet plan. Nothing more, nothing less.

The Military Diet sounds simple, but it has everything you need to get skinny quickly. You’ll see below, most of the meals require very little if any cooking.


Day 1

Breakfast:
  • 1/2 cup of grapefruit
  • 1 slice of toast
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • coffee or tea
Lunch:
  • 1/2 cup of tuna
  • 1 slice of toast
  • coffee or tea (caffeinated)
Dinner:
  • 3 ounces meat (any kind)
  • 1 cup of green beans
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 small apple
  • 1 cup of vanilla ice cream
Day 2


Breakfast:
  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice of toast
  • 1/2 banana
Lunch:
  • 1 ounce of cheddar cheese
  • hard boiled egg
  • 5 saltine crackers
Dinner:
  • 3 ounces of meat
  • 1 cup of broccoli
  • 1/2 cup carrots
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
Day 3

Breakfast:
  • 5 saltine crackers
  • 1 slice of cheddar cheese
  • small apple
Lunch:
  • hard boiled egg
  • slice of toast
Dinner:
  • 1 cup of tunna
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup of vanilla ice cream
Day 4 – Day 7

Eat normal (Healthy options to maintain weight loss)
