Avoid These Foods If You Are On A Low Carbohydrate Diet

Low carbohydrate diet (Low-Carb diet) includes eating natural, unprocessed foods with low carbohydrate content

There is a large number of scientific evidence that low carbohydrate diet is the best option for people who want to lose weight, which at the same time optimizes health and reduces the risk of illness.

Plan for meals for low carbohydrate diet
What foods you should consume depends on several things, including how healthy you are, how much exercise you do, and how much weight you want to lose. Consider this as a general guide, not as a rule.

Basics of diet
Consume: Meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, high-fat dairy products, fats, healthy oils, certain tuberous groceries, non-gluten foods as well as low-carbohydrate dietary bread.

Do not consume: Sugar, artificial sugars from corn – HFCS, wheat, seeds, trans-fats, artificial sweeteners, “dietary” and low-fat – low-fat products and high-processed foods.
