  • During the day you can drink 1 liter defatted yogurt or even better – kefir.
  • You should drink at least 1,5 liter of water
  • You should not drink more than 2 cups of coffee without sugar
  • Your last meal should be at least 4 hours before going to bed
  • It is recommended that you consume vitamin supplements, as with other diets
  • Eat fresh fruit and vegetables, but with no salt
